We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elizabeth Arden purchase; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a pre-paid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box or a sturdy mailing container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
